Those attending: Brian Marlow, Tom Firbank, Andy Tucker, Rachael MacDonald, Ele Warrington (Chair) and Jane Ghali (Clerk)
- Apologies for Absence – Joy Spiers and Pauline Adams. There were no Declarations of Interest
- Planning Application – PL/2023/03640 – Proposed: GARDENROOM/OUTBUILDING

There were no objections to this planning application.
- Discussion of quotes for erection of notice boards and painting of phone box.
The quote from Neil Evans, for the erection of the 3 new noticeboards (outside the school, at Farleigh Rise and at Farleigh Wick) was accepted at £704 and it was agreed to pay an extra £139 (plus carriage) for seasoned oak posts to be used. It was agreed that Neil should talk to Tom Firbank, who has spoken to the resident in Farleigh Wick about the placement of the noticeboard. JG to send Tom’s contact details to Neil. Action JG
Regarding the phone box – it was decided that the exterior should be painted first at a cost of £665, but it was noted that the previous Clerk had already purchased the red paint. JG to ask Neil if ‘perspex’ was an option and it the glass was safety glass before these were replaced. JG also to ascertain how long quote was valid for. Action JG
