- Apologies for Absence and Declarations of Interest – no apologies and no declarations of interest.
- Planning Application: PL/2023/00356 – Revised scheme to PL/2021/06010 ‘Demolition of existing dwelling and construction of replacement dwelling and associated works’ to revise some window configurations/positionings and some materials in the approved dwelling and removal of non-native boundary hedgerow and replacement with fencing and new carport/store.
The amendments were looked at in some detail and there were no objections. The PC asked that the hedge should not be taken down in the bird breeding season and that some replacement shrubs and/or small trees should be planted (not as a replacement hedge) in the garden as a replacement habitat.

After a long discussion it was decided to ask Wiltshire Council for an extension to the planning comments deadline date and to ask the applicants to attend the next Parish Council Meeting on Wednesday 29th March at the Village Hall at 7pm.
