Walking and Cycling Survey

5 September 2022
Have your say on cycling and walking plans

We want to hear your views on two cycling and walking plans in Wiltshire, one for the whole of the county and one for Salisbury.

The two Local Cycling and Walking Infrastructure Plans (LCWIPs) set out proposals for cycling and walking networks in each area and highlight how these will be improved to create connected networks for pedestrians and cyclists.

The Wiltshire LCWIP is an infrastructure framework for the whole county, while the Salisbury document focuses on the cycling and walking opportunities in the city and the local area.

Share your views on proposed Amesbury cycle route

If you’re in the Amesbury area, please let us know your thoughts on a proposed cycling and walking facility on Countess Road, that would link the town centre to Woodhenge and on to Larkhill and Durrington.

The survey closes on Friday 23 September, and once complete, the feedback will be considered before the council creates detailed scheme designs. Work would start on the scheme in 2023, for completion by the end of March 2024.
