Our Knit and Natter group meets most Wednesdays at 10:00 am in the Village Hall. We don’t just knit we also crochet, make rag rugs and needle felt. If you have a crafty skill you would like to share or if you would like to learn new skills come along. We’re a friendly group who enjoy the natter as much as the knit!
Each session is from 10 – 12 noon. Cost per session is £1.50 which includes biscuits and very good coffee!
The group works on their own individual projects but also knit for charity – we have knitted hats, scarves and blankets for refugees who have absolutely nothing; hats for premature babies at the RUH, and bonding squares for premature babies and their parents at St Thomas’s Hospital in London. We’ve also had master classes in crochet and knitting for those of us who are beginners.
Do come and join us! More information from Carolyn Pellow 01225 852955
